Powder Coating Process
To achieve high-quality, durable, and aesthetically superior finishes, the production line follows a carefully controlled process:
1. Surface Preparation: Workpieces are cleaned and degreased to remove oil, dust, and contaminants, ensuring optimal coating adhesion.
2. Pre-Treatment: Chemical treatments such as phosphating or chromate conversion are applied to enhance corrosion resistance and improve bonding between the substrate and coating.
